Meet Hill and Dale's Administration

Valerie has worked in childcare for over 30 years. Before joining Hill and Dale, she lived in California, where she taught and served as a center director. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and Administration from Citrus Community College and UCLA Extension. Valerie is an active member of the Nevada Registry and continues taking courses to further her knowledge in early childhood education.

Marley has worked with children for over a decade, including the last 5 years at Hill and Dale. She earned an Associate of Arts in Women's Studies from the College of Southern Nevada (CSN). Marley is an active member of the Nevada Registry and continues taking classes to further her knowledge in early childhood education. She's excited to be part of every child's education and every family's journey at Hill and Dale — she values the parent connection just as much as the child's, so don't hesitate to stop by and talk with the admin team!
